Thank you to the many people who participated in the May, 2007 decision to finish the improvements and expansion of South Peninsula Hospital.  Your efforts made a difference.  Whether you distributed brochures, endorsed the project, gave permission to use your name or photo, talked to a friend, wore a button, displayed a sign, wrote a letter, made a donation, attended an event, voted, shared an opinion or took the time to learn . . . it contributed to the process and made a difference for our community.

The ballot measure passed with the help of information, advocacy, endorsements, donations and commitments from many.  Thank you to all of you who did your part in making that happen.  A special thanks to the SPH Foundation Inc., Friends of South Peninsula Hospital, and the Homer Chamber of Commerce (and the many individuals within those groups) for their leadership in this effort.

Your suggestions and comments for ways to improve and expand hospital programs and services are welcomed.  Click here to view a list of the many people and organizations who helped create awareness for the special election of the expansion..
