Better Choices, Better Health is a 6 week chronic disease self management class facilitated by Mary Fries RN, Health Educator and Peggy Ellen Kleinleder RN, Nurse Educator. Classes will be Thursday nights for 2 1/2 hours. Participants will acquire tools and learn techniques to manage their chronic condition and experience a better quality of life. Family members and support persons are encouraged to attend. The class fee is $10 for the entire session with scholarships available.
