Join South Peninsula Hospital to celebrate February as Heart Health Month with discounted rates on diagnostic services.

 The Cardiac Scoring CT Special is being offered for $99 – regularly a $298 exam – for the month of February.  This is a non-invasive 15 minute CT procedure that scores the calcium buildup in your arteries.  A physician referral is required and appointment is necessary.  Payment is required prior to procedure (the hospital will not bill insurance, however the patient can self-submit.)  Call the Imaging Department for an appointment or for more information at 235-0363. 

A Heart Health Blood Test is being offered for $99 – regularly a $202 test – for the month of February.  This is a complete blood panel that focuses on heart health, including cholesterol, cardiac risk, anemia and diabetes.  No appointment is necessary, but registration and payment is required at the front desk before going to the lab.  More information on the test can be found by calling 235-0338.
